Doing more with less has become a necessity, a forced way of life that demands choosing wisely. Maintenance is a misnomer. In this case, it refers to the maintenance of progress as opposed to the conventional idea of holding a certain position without losing or gaining ground. Micro maintenance requires just enough stimulation of each pathway, inspiring a slow but steady climb to higher ground. Quantifiable tasks are the only way to gauge progress. A constantly shifting paradigm might have its place depending on one's objectives but a steady foothold will gain more traction. Mistakenly spinning one's wheels while going nowhere is no way to get anywhere.
