PIERSIDE SWAP

four person rotation:

athletes 1-3 row for distance

athlete four stretches 70ft mooring line to full length, executes 15 rope slams, and coils line, then returns to row station

next person performs above, returns to row

process is repeated until each individual has handled the mooring line five times
