    Every  30 seconds:

    225# DL x 1 + 1 burpee

    add 1 burpee to each 30 seconds until you can no longer complete the required amount of burpees in the set amount of time.

    then

    Minutes 1:00-2:00

    Perform 5 pull ups/ 5 kbs every  30 seconds

    Minutes 2:00-4:15

    Perform 7pull ups/7 kbs every 45 seconds

    minutes 4:15-6:15

    perform 9 pullups/ 9 kbs every minute

    This organization has a history of using the I-95 corridor for the convergence of North/South forces. North/South relationships will continue to grow stronger until the entire Eastern seaboard is sufficiently armed with an independent thought and a commensurate dose of personal volition, a veritable arsenal compared to the Left Coast's fledgling army of lemmings and their willing accomplices. The unpopular war for independence will continue to be undermined by the despotic and authoritarian regimes of dysfunctional fitness. The North/South alliance will continue to stage forces in the inhospitable terrain of self-sufficiency. The strength of determination and confidence will outlast the enemy and associated hysteria.
