Primary education is the first stage in compulsory learning. Substituting advanced and/or alternative training before graduating from the finishing school is sagacious disregard for fundamentals. I don’t care how many varying platforms offered by the likes of Westside Barbell or Super Training remove the standard free squat from regimented sessions, the athletes exploiting those techniques have already accumulated thousands of repetitions on their resume. The fact remains: No auxiliary movements, adaptation, or modification will build poise and competence like the real thing. While divergent programs have undeniable validity, they target professionals. To transcend normal practice we must first arrive at a point that permits departure. Continued instruction and supplemental guidance is best acquired through experience, so load the bar and keep squatting, pedagogic osmosis is not cleared for peer-reviewed submission.

Lets just say the load moved with ease, but the speed / turn around was not a note worthy mention. Training acrossed the lines of strength &. speed combined is not something that is going to JUST POP BACK INTO GEAR. Rest during this session was way to long. Less than 8 min will not cut it. Quit factor needs work. Ending on a positive, a one min pr.
